Minecraft Items to Stacks Converter

Convert item totals into full stacks and leftovers, or go back from stacks to total items in one quick pass.

Use this Minecraft stack calculator to turn a total item count into full stacks and leftovers, or reverse the process when you already know the stack count.

It is handy for farm planning, chest sorting, shulker prep, trading lists, and material checks before you move or store large amounts of blocks and drops.

Use 64 by default, or switch to 16, 1, or another stack limit.

Enter a total count to split it into full stacks and leftovers.

Summary Fill in the fields to convert items and stacks.

Use clear inputs to get a more useful result.

How result is calculated

The tool divides the item total by the chosen stack size and shows the number of complete stacks plus the remaining items. In reverse mode, it multiplies full stacks by stack size and adds the leftover count.

Why custom stack size matters

Most Minecraft items stack to 64, but some stop at 16 or even 1. If you are working with pearls, eggs, snowballs, signs from a custom server, or a modded pack, change the stack size before trusting the result.
